Described as “laid-back,” “well-maintained”, “user-friendly”, “the best greens in Eastern U.S.”, Hi-Level was the first public 18-hole golf course in Clarion County.

Went to a golf fund raiser there. Very nice club. Well maintained and plenty of golf carts. Not overly crowded.
It is a very well maintained course with very nice greens. The layout is pretty short for the most part with the exception of the 2 long holes on the back. I forgot about all of the fruit trees and the chestnut trees on the course. With the orchards and the barns it is a peaceful, rural setting and a fun place to play a relaxing round.
Nice scenic golf course, which also has buildings for special events.
Best place around Clarion to golf! Very relaxed environment and the staff is always very nice! We love Hi-Level!
