Golf Board Liability Waiver

We are excited to be one of the first golf courses in the area to offer Golf Boards to our players! Golf Boards are simple to master and easy to ride, which makes them fun for players of all ages.  After a quick training session before hitting the first tee, you'll be on your way to "Surf the Earth" at Hi-Level! 

Simply call the pro shop at (814)797-1813 and tell us you want to rent a Golf Board for your next round of golf.  Then click  HERE to watch a brief training video and sign the liability/waiver form.  


PLEASE do this before you get to the course! This is a requirement!  Arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled tee time for a hands-on Golf Board New User Training Sesion.  Once training is complete, you can start your round and experience the FUN of GolfBoarding!
